Flourless Chocolate Berry Cakes

A healthier take on flourless chocolate cake. Loaded with good fats, rich cacao and specked with tart berries.
What you need:

4 organic FR eggs

75g fair trade organic dark chocolate

100g organic grass fed butter

3 tablespoon raw cacao

150g almond meal

Pinch cinnamon

1/4 cup raw honey

1/2 cup organic mixed berry 
What you do:
Oven to 160. Melt butter and chocolate over very low heat. Blend eggs in food processor 3 minutes or until light and creamy. Add in almond meal, cinnamon, cacao, honey and melted chocolate and blend until just mixed.

Spoon into cupcake tin, sprinkle with berries and bake 15 minutes. A little underdone is perfect 👌
