Coconut Oil & Cacao Roasted Nuts

Add nutritional value and flavour to your favourite nuts with energy sustaining coconut oil and antioxidant rich cacao.

Choose your favourite raw nuts, mix with melted coconut oil, cacao, cinnamon, vanilla, shredded coconut and honey of stevia and bake for an hour at 140 degrees turning once or twice.

Ratio is 1:1 coconut oil & cacao. I used 3/4 cup of each with sweetener to taste for about 750 gm nuts. Added pepitas too – could use whatever 🙂
